But, this doesn’t mean you need to spend long hours doing it. A person can be benefited from it by doing it just for 10 minutes for a day. But make it a regularity. Most people do it first thing in the morning. It keeps them stay energetic whole day.

 

5. Peace of mind through yoga? Really?

As far as mental benefits are concerned yoga is known elevate self-awareness, eradicates your stress, enervate muscle tension, and sharpens your concentration, and calms and centers the nervous system. You’ll have less anxiety and enter a more relaxed state.

As soon as you start breathing deeply, and concentrate on your breath you slow down out of unnecessary excitement and calm your nervous system. Everything comes down to your relationship with yourself.
